PhysioPoint is looking for an innovative and state-of-the-art physical therapist who is focused on client wellness through compassionate, world-class care. We are searching for a PHYSICAL THERAPIST who is self-driven and has a desire to serve clients by providing them an opportunity to have mobility and live free from pain. At PhysioPoint we are a private practice falling under fewer restrictions of the CMS Mandate. We welcome ALL levels of Physical Therapist experience!

Essential Functions:

  • Examinations of Clients
  • Creating and executing a plan of care for all clients
  • Recording clients’ progress and any modification of the initial plan of care
  • Outlining clear goals for clients and the expected outcomes for the plan of care, utilization of exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage clients’ pain
  • Increasing mobility, and by all means preventing any further pain and injuries
  • Providing an enriching and relationship-based approach to the clients and their families in order to provide continued recovery for the client through education.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required.
  • Current PT Licensure or eligibility to test for PT license required
  • Any level of job experience welcomed
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-centered thinking
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social & economic sections of the community.
  • Organized & detail-oriented
  • DRY needling certification (preferred), or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Physiopoint is looking for an innovative and state-of-the-art physical therapist assistant who is focused on client wellness through compassionate, world-class care. We are searching for a PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT who is self-driven and has a desire to serve clients by providing them an opportunity to have mobility and live free from pain.  At PhysioPoint we are a private practice, and as a private out-patient practice, PhysioPoint is exempt from the CMS vaccine mandate.  We welcome ALL levels of Physical Therapist experience!

Essential Functions

  • Counsel of clients and their families on what to do following treatment
  • Observation of the clients as they are working with before, during, and after therapy and report notes directly to the Physical Therapist
  • Assign specific exercises for the clients and help the clients to do such exercises 
  • Use devices such as walkers, and other equipment to help clients regain movement and reduce pain
  • Provide a variety of techniques, including stretching exercises to treat patients
  • Provide an enriching and relationship-based approach to the clients and their families in order to provide continued recovery for the client with education.

Job Summary

A Scheduler is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments and providing information to patients. They play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic by providing efficient and effective scheduling services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answering and directing incoming calls: The scheduler will be responsible for answering calls in a timely and professional manner, providing information about the clinic's services and directing calls to the appropriate department.
  2. Scheduling appointments: The scheduler will schedule appointments for patients according to the clinic's availability, ensuring that patients are seen by the appropriate therapist in a timely manner.
  3. Providing information to patients: The scheduler will provide information to patients about the clinic's services, insurance coverage, and appointment availability.
  4. Coordinating patient schedules: The scheduler will manage the clinic's appointment book, ensuring that patients are scheduled in a manner that optimizes the clinic's resources.
  5. Maintaining patient records: The scheduler will maintain patient records, ensuring that patient information is accurate and up to date.
  6. Handling patient inquiries: The scheduler will handle patient inquiries and provide assistance with scheduling and rescheduling needs.
  7. Communicating with other departments: The scheduler will communicate with other departments within the clinic to ensure that patient needs are being met.
  8. Ensure good attention to detail: Scheduler will pay close attention to detail to ensure that all the schedule and information provided to patients is accurate and up-to-date.
  9. Data entry into electronic medical records.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy, including experience with scheduling software and databases.

This role requires a professional and friendly individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The scheduler will be the first point of contact for many patients, so excellent customer service skills are essential. The scheduler must be able to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and appointments. If you have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills and an ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail, then this role is for you.
