Doctor, Dad, and 2x Olympic Athlete
Hi, I’m Matt, and I’ve had the first-hand experience with what works and what doesn’t from the ups/downs in my Olympic journey. What makes this program even more unique is I’ll be combining my experiences as an Olympian with the knowledge I learned of the physical body, becoming a doctor in physical therapy.
I can’t tell you how many times in graduate school I would say to myself, “I wish I knew that about the body when I was competing.” My unique background understanding both the mental and physical aspects of sports performance lead me to create Sports Performance Mindset.
See, I used to think that knowing about mental skills was enough. But just like knowing how to bench press doesn’t make you stronger, knowing isn’t enough. Improving mental skills takes time and practice, and this program gives you the tools necessary to do that.
Now, if you’re wondering why I told you all of that, here it is.
I understand what it means to be at the bottom. I also understand how it feels to break through and succeed! So I made a promise that if I ever discovered the secrets to becoming successful in your sport, I would share them with as many deserving people as I could.
And I’ve done that.
I’ve already shared my Sports Performance Mindset with several people close to me. You know, family, friends, and a few peers of mine. And I’ve enjoyed seeing the success Sports Performance Mindset has provided for them.
